Tip 1: To help keep your PC secure, consider running:
- Firewall software
- Anti-Virus software
- Anti-Spyware software to check your PC regularly
Tip 2: If you ever receive a questionable e-mail message that contains an attachment, do not open the attachment. If you cannot confirm with the sender that the message is legitimate and that the attachment is safe, delete the message immediately.
Tip 3: Automatic software updates to ensure you have the latest security patches. CommSec recommends you regularly check that you are running the latest version of the software you use to protect your computer from malicious email and web sites on the Internet.
