If you currently hold CommSec Cash Management Accounts, you’ll be aware that they are being moved over to the new Commonwealth Direct Investment Account this Australia Day long weekend.
We expect the transition to take place smoothly and seamlessly, but we do understand that you may have queries about the process, so we are opening our Client Service Centre. If you need to speak to a Client Service Officer, please call 13 15 19 between 9am and 5pm, Sydney time Saturday, Sunday and Monday over the Australia Day weekend.

From next week (Tuesday 29) our normal hours of operation will resume, 8am to 8pm - Monday to Friday.
